Richard Burnett, a longtime FWMBCC supporter and devoted public servant to the Fort Worth community, died last month.
A member of the Chamber’s Board for more than a dozen years, Burnett also represented the FWMBCC on the boards of the Fort Worth/Tarrant County Sickle Cell Association and the William Mann, CDC. A loyal representative of the Williams Chicken franchise, Barnett was that company’s ambassador to our community.
Barnett took a particular interest in the FWMBCC’s Women’s Division programs, including the Scholarship Gala, Eagles Awards Luncheon and Annual Film Institute.
He will be sorely missed.
