Join us at the legendary Annual Luncheon of the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce for a time of inspiration and challenge to do more within our community.
More than 800 people packed the Hilton Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom June 2, 2017 to hear Earvin “Magic” Johnson inspire a group of young men from the “My Brother’s Keeper” mentoring program, and challenge the Fort Worth leadership to do more to help our youth.
Annual Film & Movie Institute
The FWMBCC’s Film and Movie Institute started 25 years ago as we were encouraged to respond to a trend in the area in which “rip-off” artists were cheating parents out of thousands of dollars with the promise of making their kids film and television stars.
The Chamber accepted the challenge and started the institute, not imagining it would still be in existence 25 years later.
